11 May RISK ASSESSMENT FOR COVID-19
Following the Prime Ministers announcement yesterday (Sunday 10th May), we have decided to re-open for business. Risk assessments for Covid-19 have been drafted and will be strictly adhered to.
IMPORTANT PROCEDEURES TO FOLLOW:-
Vulnerable groups – Elderly, pregnant, those with existing underlying health conditions will have their projects postponed until a vaccine is available, unless otherwise stated.
All employees and our clients who are showing symptoms of Covid-19 must self isolate for the recommended duration.
All employees and our clients must continue to socially distance 24/7.
Whilst working on the loft conversion to avoid all social contact between customer and workers.
All employees to avoid entering the living spaces of the property, e.g kitchen, living room, bedrooms etc.
Face masks must be warn when entering the property.
Avoid touching handrails, door handles and other items that have a risk of cross contamination.
Client to regularly wipe handrails, door handles and other items that have a risk of cross contamination.
All employees to wash their hands for 20 seconds with hot water/ soap and proper drying with disposable towels.
Gel sanitisers in all areas where washing facilities not readily available.
Catch coughs and sneezes in tissues – Catch it, bin it, kill it.
Tissues will be made available throughout the workplace.
Avoid touching face, eyes, nose or mouth with unclean hands.
Carryout daily briefings/ discussions reminding everyone to follow the guidelines to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
Continue to review Government advice as it emerges.
