Case Study 2 Loft Conversion
A loft conversion to a two bedroom detached bungalow adding three bedrooms and one large shower room suite. Existing 2 side elevation hips to roof changed to gable walls. Built in timber framed carcassing and finished with plane tile hanging to the outside. Two front pitched roof dormers were constructed, which required planning permission. A large flat roof dormer was constructed to the rear elevation.
